Hey guys! Just a quick update to let you know that

we're still waiting on the bats  :C

If you're curious, the freight company informed me they had to find a truck driver that can deliver to a residential area (these are coming to my house). I guess they didn't think to check my address until....yesterday haha

Will keep you guys posted as soon as shipment begins!

I just got another e-mail stating the current ETA is 

Friday July 2

I will be locking addresses tonight around 11pm central, and will start shipping orders that don't include a purse (we held off on this just due to the huge amounts of delays)

If at any point during the fulfillment process you have any concern or need a change, LET US KNOW ASAP! It's about to be go time :)

• We're looking at about 650 individual orders to get through, so I imagine it will take a few weeks. 
• Pre-orders from UglyPlants.com won't ship until all Kickstarter/BackerKit rewards are sent :)
• There are still 10 of you missing surveys- there's no real rush, but you won't get a purse if I don't have this info!
• Also there are 6 people who need to update payment methods, for either pre-orders or add-ons. If these aren't updated, you won't receive your items.

I think that's everything!

Thank you to everyone for being so supportive and patient. It's been a wild ride getting things into the US since the pandemic hit, but we're getting through it!

Hey guys! So the original ETA for the bats delivery to me was for tomorrow. 

As I suspected, the bats did not come off the container on time, so the delivery to me has been delayed. I'm waiting for an updated ETA to share with yall, but in the meantime we're getting everything ready to go the INSTANT they arrive.

This also means I'll still be updating addresses for now, so if you haven't heard back from me yet, expect a response Tuesday or Wednesday!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you guys know I've been contacted by the import company handling my 80 bat boxes. They told me:

The ETA to my house for bats is June 28!!!!!

That means bats start shipping- you got it- June 29!!!!! So exciting. Again, and unfortunately, this is subject to change but the changes should only be give or take a day or two at this stage. I'll post updates as I get them.

This means a few things:

• You have until June 29 to finalize your address
• Cards that have not yet been charged (via backerkit) will be charged starting today
• For failed payments, you have until June 29 to update your cards

Keep an eye on your e-mails!! You guys have been so wonderful and patient, and I'm happy to accommodate address uncertainties and special cases (within reason) so please reach out!

Hey Guys!

Just a quick update to let y'all know that if you need an address change, shoot me a message and I'll unlock your survey! Unfortunately there's no way for me to unlock everyone's at once, so I have to do it one at a time, but that's ok :)

(Also please note I may not answer immediately, I do a thing called batch-working since I'm currently a one-person operations💪)

I've decided to leave them open until I have a more concrete idea of when they will arrive to my house

(they should be getting to LAX this weekend!!!) but once they arrive to my house, we will start rapid-fire shipping!

If at any point in the process you find you need an address change, even if I've started shipping, or if you need your purse shipped earlier because you're gonna move etc. just let me know ASAP!! I'll work with you!

BUT as of now, bat purses are still literally on the ocean, so there's time to change addresses and details if need be :DD
