PPS Have Arrived!

Whooo! The final Production Prototypes have arrived to me and they look V E R Y good!!!

I even made a tiktok of unpackaging them hehe:

So here's the important info:

• I will be sending e-mails shortly prompting backers to lock their information- this is your last chance to update your address or any other info! You will have 48 hours to do this! That's about 5PM Central on April 9!
• If you pre-ordered AFTER the initial Kickstarter campaign, your information will be locked on Friday the 9th at 5PM central as well.
• You can use the link you received for your survey to update your info, or click through the link in the e-mail you will receive from Ugly Plants/BackerKit.
• I'll also be sending reminders to the 29 people who haven't finished their surveys yet! I know some of y'all were waiting for better photos so I hope this post is helpful!
• If you messaged me an address change, I did not manually do it, so this is the time to update it!!! 
• This is also your last chance to add add-ons!

IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS IN YOUR NAME: 

A couple people have already messaged me regarding this but I know several people have multiple orders in the campaign- some of you pre-ordered add-ons before the survey was available, some of you didn't realize there was an add-on feature, etc. it's no big deal and it was pretty common!

Unfortunately there's >750 individual orders with no easy way to combine or even to search for or filter out duplicates. If you know you have multiple orders AND you DO want all your items to ship together, please message me (either Kickstarter or via BackerKit) and I will make a list. Then, when we're shipping items out, I'll be able to combine your items and manually refund you any shipping overages :)

If I do not hear from you, I will be shipping each "order" as it pops up in the system. I'll try to catch as many duplicate names as I can but again, there's nearly 800 orders and I am one mere mortal<3

The mass production begins T O N I G H T to get them to us ASAP!!! I'm very excited! We'll have a few weeks to get ready but then it's gonna be go time!!!!

Hey guys! We got a PPS photo update- they'll be shipping to me tonight if they didn't ship out last night!

In other news, I received all the keychain add-ons BUT.... they only printed the art on one side- it's supposed to be double sided. Here's the photo:

(They also attached the O upside down but that's inevitable). In any case, I passed it along and they're getting re-made, so these seconds will be thrown up on uglyplants.com in the near future! Still waiting on the enamel pins :D

Hey guys! Not a very exciting update but an update!

The Production Prototypes are taking a bit longer because there was an issue with the bulk fabric for the black purses. They have more fabric in-hand and are finalizing the samples now- they should be on their way Wednesday!

In other news, the acrylic charms are arriving tomorrow! I can't wait to share photos of those, too!

It's not GOOD photos, but it's photos!!!!

My manufacturer sent me these proofs of colors and embroidery designs- this means hopefully I'll be receiving the production prototypes soon! But in the meantime I wanted to share these with you!

Keep in mind, the quality is bad (I had to color correct the pink, the white face was GREEN) and the photos aren't mine, so feel free to keep waiting for my own personal photos if you'd like, but I wanted to send you these updates since it's the first ACTUAL looks on these 2 colors!!! So exciting!!!!

QUICK note about deadlines

Hey guys!

A couple people have asked about tomorrow being the deadline for surveys-

it's not!!!

I've gone through the BackerKit and I don't see anywhere where I've set that deadline (though I know you guys got it in an e-mail)- I have to manually lock the orders, which I won't be doing for a little while. That March 13th deadline is a recommended deadline, but it's not gonna cut you off!

I DID hope I'd have final photos by now, but like I mentioned in a previous update: sometimes the small edits take an entire 24hrs, since the manufacturer is in China! If she gets back to me 4am central, I can't respond :')

So I'll give you guys warning via a Kickstarter update when I'm going to be locking surveys! Thanks!!!
